- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online betting activities.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not listed in any active self-exclusion program.
- Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
Wow44 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2. Registration & Account Management
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended with balances refunded after deduction of any bonuses already used.

- Bonus arbitrage — registering multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- System manipulation — using any technical or non-technical method to manipulate game outcomes.
- Chargebacks — dishonestly filing chargeback claims with the payment provider.

8. Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your wow44 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours and all eligible balances will be returned upon identity verification.
Wow44 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
